The production process

This is a process that is divided into three stages. Here’s a closer look:
Stage 1
01. Flakes out of waste
Bottles collected from various sources and States are sorted out & wasted. Then the caps & labels are separated bare bottle are fade to polymer sorted to separate different polymers from PET, Further, these bottles are cut out into small pieces of size 5-15 mm which is called Flakes. These flakes are then washed & dried and packed in the bags for making Fiber.
Stage 2
02. Flakes to spun tow
The flakes of stage 1 is fed into hopper and passed through dryer & crystalized to remove moisture. Than this dried/ crystalized flakes are passed through extruder for melting &spinnerette .The buchflaments through take up is collected in cans. And then material collected is can is called Spun Tow and is ready for further process.
Stage 3
03. Making of Final Product
The Multiple Spun Tow cans are laid in series as creel for draw line. This bunch of tow is passed through Drafter/ Anillar and Relaxer. It is then fed to circular cutter and finaly the cut fiber is collected in bailing pressed in Baler and Packed / Strapped in bale form. Subsequently, automated weighing and barcoding is done.
